The body was sent for postmortem. Next day myself and Dalal da went to Mominpur Morgue. After that we went Dalal da house to have some thing to eat. We were hungry. Baudi served us hot food to eat.
It was in 1980, The SBI Local Head Office had a recruitment process, The concern office was located at the La Martina complex area. It was a Saturday, the next day was written test for Award staff ( Clerical and Casier). The admit cards were found at several places in and around Kolkata, the candidates who had applied for the post assembled and ransacked the said office. They were in few hundres, On the request from SBI to Park Street PS initially sent one ASI and constable to give the protection of this office. The candidates ywere demanding that the schduel examination to be postponed, Bank had announced the postponment can not be done the subsequent examination date will be announced.
